As well as covering the content from the Teacher Course, these four-day courses delve more deeply into content and focus on helping literacy leaders support other teachers as they implement First Steps 2nd Edition. During the course participants will receive a range of practical processes to promote on-going implementation at a school level as well as tips to provide effective coaching.

This workshop recognizes that leadership is crucial to the successful implementation of any professional development program.
